Diagnosing the presence of gonorrhea

Swabbing the genitals is also one of the way by which doctors can diagnose whether a person is suffering from gonorrhea or not. In this swabbing technique, the bacteria of gonorrhea are culturally grown in the laboratory situation. In this test, the sample taken from the discharge is taken and it is kept for 2 days and is culturally grown. These cultures help the doctor in diagnosing the presence of gonorrhea.
